Meet the team
Hello! We’re a small team of experienced Zendesk system administrators and strategic advisors.
As Zendesk specialists, our usual gigs include fixed term projects like implementing Zendesk Support and more long-term relationships, which means we often take ownership of the client’s CX administration and support requests from their multiple teams.
Although we’re passionate customer advocates and CX is our primary goal, we do set things up with a data-driven mindset (you can’t act on what you can’t measure, right?), so your Zendesk Explore reports and dashboards will be taken care of.
We have worn the hats of project managers, business analysts and content strategists (namely SEO and content optimization), so you can count on us to keep projects organized and continuously (and proactively) share recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Mauricio Calderón
Senior Customer Systems Administrator (Zendesk) and IT Systems Administrator. With experience in various areas of IT such as infrastructure, development, support and passionate about CX.

Multilingual and international
We cover multiple time zones in order to serve customer support operations in North America, LATAM and Europe.
Our team is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, having assisted Zendesk accounts across EMEA and Americas. Additionally, our team is spread across two time zones, located in Bogotá (GMT-5) and Lisbon (GMT+1).
